Dave got a week off so we planned to go sailing in the Florida Keys but Tropical Storm Ernesto had other ideas. We tied down the boat in Ft Lauderdale and headed for New Orleans via the Florida Gulf Coast.

Dirty rice never looks good even if Emeril Lagasse cooked it. Dave wont eat dirty rice at all and he doesnt eat much rice in the first place. Sorry, we forgot to take pictures when the food arrived. It looked great then but it was so appetizing we ate instead of grabbing the camera.
